There currently is no way to easily run a report to find out how many appointments were completed during a specified time frame. All the existing reports will either only give me the number of patients seen or procedures completed, which doesn't take into account if a patient was seen multiple times during the time frame and/or had multiple procedures done during one appointment. Also, I need to be able to break that # of appointments down by the patient's date of birth/age.

Yes it would really be nice to have a report that tells us how many patients we actually seen by not counting repeated visit for one patient. This report would show us the actual patients we are actually retaining
