This would be useful because it would give a quick answer to the question of was there any chart today that was not signed. It would benefit the entire staff because everyone would have an easy way to be sure no charts were forgotten. It would work by generating a report that would show how many appointments were completed for the day & then show if the charts of these patients were signed or not.
