Prevent Multicodes from being able to set complete twice
Prevent Multi-codes from being able to set complete twice. It creates fraudulant billing. Errors are being made by having the ability to set things complete a second time and that should not be allowed.

This might help. The appointment does not show multicodes as complete even though they posted to the ledger.
