Follow up on patient engage
There should be a hierarchy on the follow up text/email reminders. If a patient has a mobile number and an email address in their chart they will get both.

Add ability to use full description of service on billing statements
The user could select if the billing would use a full description (patient friendly description) that is associated with an ADA code. Expanding the characters in the description name would be beneficial

No set limit to time blocks or initial reasons
Why is there a limit to the amount of "time blocks" that can be used? Only 5?? Also, same with the "initial reason" when scheduling, only 20? There should not be a limit
