Alaska State Medicaid requires the Red 2019 J430/J432 claim forms and you keep sending them as 2012, they are all getting returned. I was told the only way to get it on a 2019 form is to use the DX2019 format. This is inconvenient for when I need to print a red form to send with chart notes because this puts the black lines on the page and I have to change the format back and forth all day from DX2019 to J432. The J430/J432 should be set up in Dentrix to print on a red 2019 form. I can do it here with the 2019 Red J430 claim forms that I purchased. It seems like you should no longer be offering an out of date 2012 form.
