Delete Treatments Associated with Extracted Tooth
When a tooth is extracted, and it gets deleted from the odontogram, all the treatment associated with it should delete with it. Right now, I can remove a tooth, and the treatment-planned filling for that tooth will remain, floating in space, on the odontogram.
