When sending primary and secondary pre-authorizations electronically Dentrix will no longer send a secondary electronically. An error occurs when the secondary insurance carrier's estimate is sent. The estimate shows as sending but is changed to the primary carrier when printed. Please correct this issue. We have called customer service and no resolution has come of it.
I agree with Nina. It's very frustrating not being able to send Sec pre-d electronically. For us and for the patients. Please do something about it.
