color coded pop ups
we should be able to have the option of color-code pop ups to identify the reason for it. Like a different color for billing, one for insurance, misc pt notes, medical info, etc.

Display Operatory Name/Title at top of operatory
Provide an option to display the Operatory Name/Title at the top of each operatory in the Appointment Book rather than the Operatory ID; and still allow the user to change the name of the operatory.

Require password when creating or changing event blocks
If a password is required to create/change an event it would stop the "not me" game from taking place when an event block gets created,changed or removed.

inactive/archived patient report that allows date ranges
When tracking attrition, it helps if you can set date parameters for inactive patient reports or at least be able to export the data so that it can be sorted. The ability to export the current inactive report would work fine too.
