yes, so sometimes when we are scheduling appointments the appointments won't attach because it's says provide is already busy for this time since they are seeing others patient at that time also so appointment won't attached unless we click the x off 1
this is an extra step for us and has cause us to have appointments missed if we don't notice it has not attached to the appointment book
