If we could click on a tooth that has a note symbol by it to see concerns over the tooth. For instance, if we crowned a tooth with a huge crack in it, it would be nice to know if the patient is symptomatic afterward. Or, if a patient had trauma to a tooth which in the future has an abcess, we would have the note that it had been hit. It would be nice to put a note symbol by the tooth. If we could click on the tooth itself or a code that would show a note symbol and then just click on the symbol to access the note.
