inactive/archived patient report that allows date ranges

When tracking attrition, it helps if you can set date parameters for inactive patient reports or at least be able to export the data so that it can be sorted. The ability to export the current inactive report would work fine too.

Would also love to have a option to have a "reason inactivated" button or something similar to how we track referrals?  Inactivated due to insurance; moved; billing issue; ect.

It would be nice to be able to run a report of archived patients by the date they were archived.

Basically I want to run a monthly report or within a period of time to see how many inactivations with a real name list not just numbers Just like new patients for the month PS I would like to see inactivation by who by the way of three features in the passcode requirements to this matter to allow that person to inactivate only archive can be equipped with passcode not the other two

my suggestion is to use a spreadsheet to compare the 2 lists.

In Office Manager/Reports/Inactive Patient List - I would like to be able to search for patients that we have marked inactive in a specific time frame only. Example: 1/1/2015 - 6/1/2015. This would help us better monitor how many patients are being marked inactive year to year / Month to Month.

A report that can be ran to pull archived or inactive patients that can be narrowed by date

Yes, right now the option is "with a last visit before" but that gives us every inactive patient in the system from the opening of our practice. A date range would be great!

Allow inactive patient report to give you a specific date range to see how many patients are inactivated during a specific time period

Dentrix needs to identify the date someone was archived so a list of a date range report can be created.

Make a list by date range for archived patients.

We would like to be able to track how many patients were inactivated each month. The current settings only allow to see ALL inactive patients before a certain date which results in hundreds of entries. Tracking inactivated month-by-month would be great for tracking our performance as well as patients gained vs. patients lost

Same - would love the inactive patients report to be able to tell us how many have left in last month/year, etc. At this point, when a patient leaves, we use the code RECTRANS under "other" on their ledger. Then we pull it by the code and it shows us the number of people (as long as this code has been entered into ledger) ...

Be able to inactivate patients within a certain date range.

It would be useful to be able to generate a report for a date range that shows all patients that were archived (option for last visit date too) in that date range and the reason for archiving. Also, we need a place to put the reason for archiving (not journal since you can't see the journal of an archived patient).

Hi Developers! I know you have received plenty requests about the inactive patient report. However, one of the issues that I hated the most was being unable to have an option to have a date range to see how many inactive patients I had for a certain month (like the New Patient list has a date range to see how many new patients you had for the month). To make it clear I myself came out with a solution and I am here to share it with you and everyone: 1) You would add a procedure code and as your description you can name it Inactive Patient and in the ADA Code: INACTIVE 2) Now it would have to be the front desk responsibility to make sure a patient is not only inactivated in the family file BUT post that INACTIVE procedure code in the ledger (and personally we like to add a note inside specifying the reason) 3) Then at the end of the month you can go to the office manager and click on Letters, Misc, Patient Report by Filter, Edit, Procedures, select your date range and for the procedure range you would but the inactive code to the inactive code. And I am pretty sure from there you know the remaining steps. If one of the developers can email me in regards to this idea so at least I can get some type of acknowledgment or reward that would be awesome!

I wanted to see how many patients we de-activated last year to see how many patients left the practice. I think that would be a helpful tool for every practice!
