Secure setting to store patient credit card information

needing a more secure place in patient file do have credit card information stored. This would help with aging accounts!!

Please add email address to Patient Route Slip

During this pandemic, email is the easiest way to reach pts. The route slip does not display whether this is on file or not. It is much quicker to look at the route slip then go into the family file to see if it is recorded.

Add "Billing Type" to Dentrix Famiy File. Place it under "Fee Schedule"

When a patient changes ins. and we are allowed to start billing them sometimes the Billing Type doesn't get changed. This way we'd be able to see it on a daily basis and keep better track.

Have a status for child/teen/adult. Have Dentrix change status automatically.

This would reflect an accurate count of how many children/teens/adults are currently seen in the office. At age 14 Medicaid considers children teens, at 19 they're considered adults. It would be nice if the status would reflect the age automatically.
