Some phone numbers require dialing a "1" then the number. Currently unable to add the additional digit. Frustrating & wastes time having to constantly redial a patient's phone number.

Thank you for the recommendation, we are always looking for ways to improve the product. we will consider this for a potential future release.
This would be so very helpful. Few really understand just how much time is wasted because of this one little thing!
