automatically save a copy of an email sent out to a pt in their journal or doc center

When creating an email from the family file, currently in the journal it just says message sent - it would be GREAT if the message typed was saved into their journal or document center automatically

Additional Office Journal entry types

Our office does a lot of text messaging with patient's regarding billing, statements, past due balances, confirmations as well as follow up messages. It would be nice to categorize these as a TEXT, as well as FOLLOW UP.

Ability to Customize Journal Entry "Types" under Definitions in Practice Set-up

It would be very helpful to have the option to edit the Journal Entry "Types", for instance, under the definitions section of Practice Set-up in the office manager.

Add more options to the list of Office Journal Entry Types

Currently there are only 4 options: Phone Call, Reminder, Miscellanous, and HIPPA Privacy. Allowing our own custom fields would help better categorize our Journal Entries. Like the definitions, this should be a mandatory option for practices. Thanks!
