The office journal really needs an overhaul. It is not user-friendly, it takes a moment to load and we would like to have template that we can use to enter, "pt called to resched appt", etc. We do not utilize the journal like we should due to it being very inefficient.

Office journal is great for tracking events for a patient, but needs a bit more integration with other areas to help users be most efficient.
Proposing a vertical side panel view next to a patient in the Family File so that the history for the patient is immediately known when we look for them. (See Pic)
