A situation occurred when a patient was sent a collection letter, and they claim they did not receive it due to a change in their address. However, we did not receive any returned mail, the pt did not answer any phone calls, or text. Her address was changed recently but I was not in the office when this change took place. I wanted to review the old address we had on file to see where the letter was sent but I was unable to reprint the previous letter in the Office Journal to verify that information. This would be a great feature to add for such a case as this one. Thanks
