Should always be available as long as the patient has a chart. Many notes are kept here, and at this time we can only go back 5 years.

Need Mass Delete Option on Office Journal

I'd love to be able to delete letters in Office Journal for large # of patients without having to delete one at a time. We have over 3000 patients in our practice.

It would be nice to have the option to edit the "type" description on the office journal when using it.

I don't need the hippa option on "type" so it would be nice to add and edit it on the office journal to phone, text, email, & misc.

Send message doesn't need to put a journal note until the message is actually sent.

I pick a patient and choose "send msg". I have to stop and do something else (send another pt's xrays to a doctor). Behold! There's already a journal note on the previous patient who hasn't received or been sent an actual message.

your defaults are not always applicable-entries must be accurate and as it stands now, they're not. especially when needed for court cases

Make area of typing much larger

why is the area to type a small little box. Would be nice to be able to see the entire entry at one time instead of scrolling. there is an entire computer screen for viewing....why are they ALL so small???? its in progress notes, office journal......

add patient file/info menu button to office journal

Patient information button or family file button to be accessed from the office journal menu. It would make it more efficient as a work tool and save more time clicking.
