I would love to be able to pull a report that tells me all of the Journal Entries made for the day or the week by a particular person (or by all). This would help trouble shoot a variety of situations. For example, at the end of the day if the Front Desk person left for the day/was a temp/was going to be out of the office sick or on vacation a person could run this report and see where they left off (ah, they did call these 3 people back today...or no, they didn't get to that so we need to do it tomorrow). It would also be helpful to troubleshoot office management issues as in when the hygiene schedule has last minute holes you would be able to see who all they called in an attempt to fill it (so you can see their efforts and so you don't have someone else call the same people). It would be great to have this list at a glance rather than search one by one.
