It would be wonderful if we had quick access to the journal from the patients appointment information window. That way everyone is more apt to actually using the journal and can quickly and easily get information regarding the appointment and have it recorded in the journal at the same time. Right now, we are typing in notes in two different spots and it's a waste of time.
