It would be helpful to have the option of entering a note when a patient cancels an appointment. Right now when cancelling there is only the option to choose a reason for the cancellation from a drop down list. It would be great to have a note field pop up at that time too (the note can get auto posted in the journal perhaps?). Right now we manually go to the journal and make a note there. Perhaps the patient got a flat tire, or someone in the family is very sick, or some other kind of emergency that we want to make note of specifically.
