I would like to have a "Copy To Clinical Note" button where ever there are notes to be made. I currently have to copy and paste a lot of notes in the Appointment book, the Office Journal, the Family File, and Ledger. It would be really great if I could just press a button and notes would be applied to clinical notes in the Patient Chart.
