Each incoming phone call is tied to patient chart for documentation

Each incoming call is tied to patient's record via phone number.   It allows for documentation of CX, change appointment. appointment needed, reschedule, document a call about a certain subject.   It makes for accurate documentation not documentation occurring after the chaos of each day slows and the documentation is often not entered in chart.
