You should be able to leave a general message for the whole practice in the Office Journal. Therefore, if someone leaves a message such that "certain patient is on vacation, don't call." This message should be accessible by any staff member or dentist in the whole practice in Office Journal.

Right now when you look at the office journal by patient, it lists future appointments. Can you set it up, under view by provider, so that whomever originally scheduled that same appointment has a list of the appointments they scheduled by day scheduled?
