Anyone who properly does recall would benefit. The office journal and the "send message" feature are not compatible with each other. It's just a generic "sent message" statement that means absolutely nothing because you don't know what the msg was regarding. Also, a msg that's actually been discarded still shows up in the journal. These features just don't mesh and we need them to.
