Do not attach the head of household to the receipt

I have many patients ask why their spouses name appears at the top of the receipt when they had the treatment. Please fix so the patient name appears on the receipt regardless of the head of household.

Make Invalidated Procedures a different color in the ledger! Please!

The difference between the tiny star and tiny plus sign is hard to distinguish when not looking for an invalidated procedure specifically. It is troublesome to look at the ledger for a quick glace at historical procedures and to have to check for ...

Let me type more characters into the billing statement notes

Clearer, better, lengthier explanations of patient balances get paid faster. All practices would benefit from this.

insurance refund to show on deposit

When insurance deducts refund amount they want back and take it out of the check it needs to deduct from the deposit slip.
