Now on the statements the adjustments/credit appears. We don't like that. We prefer to select a visit and show the patient that they responsible for this balance since the insurance did not pay full amount or any reason. The statement is so confused for patients. Please customize the statements so we will be able to select a visit and select the outstanding balance for that visit. Thanks
