Currently in order to view a note attached to an adjustment, you need give the ability to edit the adjustment. Therefore, if an adjustment is not already in history, that adjustment can be modified. Some team members need to be able to see these notes without having the ability to adjust the amounts of the adjustment in the Ledger. Allowing to edit posses substantial additional risk for embezzlement. Please allow if we hover on the note to see the note, or allow to expand notes like you can in the Chart. Thank you!

100% agree with the above assessment. We need options in User Passwords to let people VIEW notes (ex: Guarantor, Ledger Transaction) without being able to modify, edit or delete them. Viewing should be an option with multiple things that users can alter.
Great idea
