When generating the "Adjustment only" day sheet report it will be really convenient to have a "Notes" Column in the report's preview so we can see why the adjustment was posted and the notes that were already added on that specific adjustment on the patient's ledger, there are multiple reasons why we post the adjustments on and will be useful to include that feature on the report.

Please copy the Note text from the Adjustment in the Ledger, to underneath the corresponding adjustment line in the Adjustment Day Sheet report. Maybe add an option when running the report.
