When I enter insurance payments, I am often doing adjustments on the account at the same time. I do these adjustments directly on the insurance payment screen. I cannot however, add a note on this screen. I have to post the payment/adjustment onto the ledger, before I can go in and make a note. Would be so much simpler if it could have been done one step earlier.
