Entering STAFF ID should be mandatory and the system should NOT just use who last made appt.

TURN OFF ALL ALERTS WHEN MOVING AN APPOINTMENT.
WHEN RESCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT, ALL THE PATIENT ALERTS POP UP. TOO MUCH CLICKING JUST TO MOVE THE APPT FROM ONE SPOT TO ANOTHER. THE ONLY ALERT THAT SHOULD POP UP IS CONFIRM IF WE IN FACT WANT TO MOVE THE APPT.

adding date of birth to new patient information box

View More than 20 Ops
Our office is expanding and although I know the option of Fkey views, we would love tobe able to see more than 20 Ops at a time. Even if this means skinnier columns it still helps us compare DDS ops and HYG ops when schedulling adjacent appointments.

Appointment book view to include account balances
Having acc balances at a glance, without the pop up(which is annoying to me) would be helpful to the front desk when checking patients in/out, especially during busy times.

Being able to set complete more that 20 procedures per appointment
Our office does long IV sedation cases with many procedures in one appointment. Many times we have more that 20 procedure codes to set complete and we end up having to transfer the remaining treatment over to the ledger which wastes a lot of time.

Appointment history should show when the appointment is moved and show the new appt time and date.
As of right now, an appointment can be rescheduled to a new date and time and it will not show up in the history unless the appt is moved/changed again. I like a time stamp of all changes made to the appt.
