Being able to set complete more that 20 procedures per appointment

Our office does long IV sedation cases with many procedures in one appointment. Many times we have more that 20 procedure codes to set complete and we end up having to transfer the remaining treatment over to the ledger which wastes a lot of time.

Agreed. We do FMR cases and patients have more than 20 teeth. :) We have to schedule a second appointment on the same day to hold them all but can't actually schedule it or patients are frustrated by multiple reminders and all procedures can't be reviewed in huddle.
