We would like to start adding a 3% convenience fee for all patients who pay by credit card. There is no easy way to do this in Dentrix. Heard from several OM that they add in debit adjustments and then remove is patient pays by check. I don't trust my staff math skills and adding/subtracting from a patient ledger just seems a mess.
