Have Dentrix be able to allocate all patient balances with an upgrade or one click and not have to have someone manually go into every account. Even accounts that have been archived because they now have different provide credits and debits.

Please allow to identify and allocate balances with archived patients. We purchased a practice and cannot correct and get rid of all the old provider credits and balances of the old providers on any patients that are archived. Therefore all our A/R reports continue to show this irrelevant information.
