We have two dentists in our practice and in the past through powerpay we were able to choose which dentist was to be paid through powerpay and it was integrated with dentrix. Now the new system for credit card charges only one dentist is integrated with dentrix. That needs to be changed!!

We have the same problem in our office. it really slow us down to charge the patient and find the proper report . I strongly believe the old powerpay was very useful and that was the maine reason we switched from our previous credit card company to powerpay, because we could charge multi doctors and the payment would go to ledger , but now power pay has no difference from other credit card company.
