When generating a continued care report, it would be extremely helpful to have the ability to sort by all family members. Currently, the report only sorts by the guarantor on file, which can lead to the inconvenience of contacting the same household multiple times. This occurs because the system pulls data based on the last appointment date or other criteria, meaning you may end up needing to call another family member separately.
This results in multiple calls to the same household, either on the same day or within a short time frame, which can be frustrating for both the patient and their family. We typically work from a printed list, and when family members are listed on different pages, it delays reaching everyone, sometimes until the next day.
By adding an option to sort by all family members under the plan, we could streamline the process, allowing us to call all applicable family members in one go, reducing the number of calls to the household and enhancing the overall experience for the family.
