This would make scheduling multiple appointments so much easier and quicker! It would be quite nice to schedule a family at one time. Possibly be able to right click, create new appt, have an option to select either "schedule patient" OR "schedule family". If "schedule family" is chosen, a window will pop up with all people in family ledger. Would be able to highlight each member to schedule; pinboard then drag into appt. So much easier!

YES! Right click in appointment book > select "schedule patient" or "schedule family" > family file or list of all patients listed in the family file pops up > highlight each patient for whom you want to schedule > move to pinboard. Find the day for an appointment; click and drag the family into their spots. EASY. I believe Eaglesoft has this feature. I'm pretty sure it also alerts us when a patient is already scheduled.
