If I could open the appointment book or family file more than once on the same computer it would be very helpful in increasing my efficiency. I often need to be scheduling, checking in, checking out, and moving appointments while verifying insurances at the same time and the ability to open 2 appointment books and two different family files on my screens would be a huge help and cause less issues with scheduling for the office in general.
This feature was on many other systems when I worked in medical and it worked very well for everyone. To have this efficiency in Dentrix would be much appreciated, especially since the charts are so fragmented as it is.
