Often if there is more than one individual scheduling in the office, we can end up with duplicate patients and patient charts. It is extremely difficult and time consuming to do this right now with the amount of information that has to be transferred if both charts have been utilized. I think a merge patient chart option would very beneficial to the Dentrix system.
