It would be really nice if I could open one person or family and then be able to flip between their chart, ledger, family file etc.. and not loose my spot for something else I was already working on. Then down on the bottom of your screen you would just have the different patients that are open not all your applications. This would be so helpful for when you are for example in the middle of putting in an insurance claim and the phone rings and someone wants to pay their bill. If we opened by patient I would not have to close the patient I am currently working on in order to help the patient on the phone. Also by doing this it would be helpful if you were calling another office about multiple patients or even an insurance company about multiple patient it would be easy to toggle between the patients and not have to keep reentering patients to get the information you need.
