when in one family members journal, you should be able to view the whole family (just like when you're in document center) and you should be able to post a journal entry to all members; for instance, when we make phone calls for recall - we have to go into each family member to leave the entry, there should be a way to enter to all family members with one entry. Also, When you pull up patient apt, and click more info/dial, there is option to enter journal entry - it would be nice to be able to view the journal entries there as well... maybe the last 5 entries could be view able from that module
