For the love of God, we should be able to delete services from the ledger that were walked out in error. EVERY other software allows this and it's insane that Dentrix does not. Thank you.
To clarify: before or after the month-end closes procedures into history?
Because Dentrix does allow deletion of completed procedures, as long as they have not been entered into history by a month-end process.
If they are attached to an insurance claim, the claim needs to be deleted, the procedures deleted, and claim regenerated.
