I would like Dentrix to send emails/notices of possible or ongoing errors. I called today re: an error on the task manager. The agent said that Dentrix recommends running the close transactions manually. I asked then why do you have it in task manager? I've never had an error on this before & have been using it for at least an error. He said that other customers have experienced problems with this task. Now, as of 11/4, my month has not been closed properly & we always close on the first of every month
