Back in August of 2023 the Dentrix system had a glitch that ended up leaving our office journals overloaded with copies of the same entry. We billed the patient once, but the ledger shows the same function probably 50x.
Teck support was unable to clear the problem. The glitch was fixed but now our system has an overflow of entries that are unnecessary and frustrating to look through. And.. time consuming to delete one by one.
