With cyber insurance protocols mandating that all records/charts in you data base be notified and offered monitoring-it's ridiculous I can't get old records ie.. deleted permanently. It would be nice to remove the risk, unnecessary data and free up significant space for future aaddition.
Does Dentrix even monitor this?

monitoring and notification of all patients in your data base active or not if a breach occurs. It should be up to the provider how long they keep their patients records not the software.
