The expections table that was created and added to the insurance window in 2020 is still useless, as it does not actually track or attach to procedures to flag if there is a frequency issue. For example, if I add an expection that D1110 is covered 2 per 12 months, Dentrix should be able to see any last dates of service in a patient's account and flag procedures attached to an appointment as nt covered if they fall outside of that frequency. Open Dental has had this feature SINCE 2018 and it saved me hundreds of hours of labor just in the ability for the software to automatically zero out insurance coverage for procedures that would not be covered based on the entered frequency. We should also be able to add an age limit to common procedure, such as D1206 Fluoride, so that the covergae is eroed out for patients that exceed that age limit.
Also, PLEASE DO NOT MERGE THIS WITH THE "Attached Insurance Maximums, Age & Frequency LImitations" Idea that states this feature has already been added, beacuse it has not to the fullest.
