Make it easier for offices to track when procedures will not be covered.
Possibly add another section to the coverage table where we can input the policy's frequencies, then cross-reference the history/make the procedure another color in the ledger to alert that insurance will not cover? Ex: Coverage table shows exams covered 2/cal and the 3rd exam code added to the ledger turns red.
AND - an alert "a service in this appointment will not be covered, check frequency" when scheduling?
This will increase efficiency for both scheduling and billing.
