Please add tooth# to statement. Its not convenient to print statement then hand write tooth#'s next to each procedure THEN scan it in & email to patient or give to pt in office. PLEASE consider this as option for statements. Thank you!!

This would seem to be logical thing to add to statement, however that is not currenly option in your system. Please add this feature.
