When I do many fillings or extractions in an appointment, the tooth numbers come up out of sequence. This makes it much more challenging when reviewing my daysheet. I think it would also be helpful on the daysheet to only have the patient name printed once on the left side with the treatment rendered as a list in the middle of the document.
