Maybe add an indicator for Self Pay Patients - Instead of it being an "Orange" E box - May SP Box - or something along this line. With it being a E box - you still have to take the time to open the patient to see why it's an Orange E box. If there is no Insurance listed in the Box - if it had some kind of box for No Insurance would also help.
