With the old eCentral system, when patients logged into their patient portal, they could see their accounts online (ledger with charges, payments, balance due, etc). They do not have access to this info with the new Patient Engage patient portal. This feature needs to be added to Patient Engage patient portal. A lot of our patients have comlplained that by switching over to the new system, they have lost a valuable feature.
Yes, I just had a patient complain that when they got to the payment window they had to put in an amount, they could not remember the amount and had to go back to the previous screen to get exact amount.
